OUTDOOR TRAINING FOR ASSESSMENT AND SKILLS EVALUATION
The activities performed in the training courses can be planned ‘ad hoc’ to become real tests for sessions of
potentialities assessment (assessment center) and skills evaluation. In a very honest and ethical way the participants are involved in a series of activities, which are managed by a trainer and observed by professional psychologists.
This type of activities aims at
mapping the competences owned by the participants and at using the information for a career development or for the organization of the subsequent ‘ad hoc’ training paths.
The assessment activities in the skills evaluation field are divided into:
Out-Assessment Center:
- External observation by skilled psychologists
- Evaluative value
Out-Development Center:
- Self-observation of the participants
- Training value of development
- Building up of an individual development plan
In both cases (out-assessment center and out-development center) the activities are followed by follows up of feedback through individual talks during which the results of the performed sessions are shared with the participants.
