Daniela Fregosi

Job psychologist and senior management consultant, specialized in experiential training and outdoor training, founder of the internet thematic portal “formazione-esperienziale.it”, she has been performing training and consultancy activities for private companies for more than 15 years. She is responsible for the training planning, guarantees the correct transfer of the learning accomplished during the activities into the actual professional reality of the participants, coordinates the team of trainers and experts in adult learning during their temporary employment.

Claudio Naldoni

National responsible of the air soft department for Confindustria and President of the VII RAI team, fond of sports which he has been practicing since he was young, both the individual and the team ones, Claudio has devoted part of his life to training, by attending Para university courses in numerous sports grounds, military camps and camps related to safety, making a name for himself also as personal defense instructor at a national level.

Rick Tscherne

American instructor, expert in the survival field, he did his military service by serving the American Army for 21 years (1972-1993) performing various responsible tasks in parachuting operations; military instructor, instructor for operations performed in difficult environments, sergeant assigned to operations at the G3 Ops Office located in the SETAF Headquarters, Training Department, Vicenza post.

Peter Henz

After having completed his military service in the Swiss Army Peter Henz joined up the Foreign Legion, where he operated in the French Guyana and attained the rank of Sergeant Chief. Expert in the survival in the jungle, he has been operating in the air soft field for years. He is the Commander of the VII RAI competitive team and the instructor of guerrilla techniques.
