SOT PROPOSAL FOR CORPORATE TRAINING

The training proposal is characterized by an ‘ad hoc’ planning in partnership with the customer. It is our choice, actually, not to offer pre-packed formats/ packages, but rather to outline the characteristics and the length of the corporate training activity, based on the needs analysis realized together with the customer.

The following are some examples of a series of activities which can represent the single thread of the corporate training course because of their metaphorical potentiality towards the business competences that can be developed, or which can be mixed within the same training activity.

  • Analysis of the training needs and competences that have to be developed in partnership with the company; analysis of the corporate policy to determine the macro metaphor and the metaphors related to the single experiential activities; analysis of the target (knowledge, skills, attitudes, difficulties, expectations, fears).
  • Personal Defense for self-empowerment, self-balancing and emotional balance.
  • Outdoor Survival to develop planning, problem solving, creativity, team working, flexibility and adaptation abilities.
  • First Aid to develop evaluation/analysis, time management, stress management, relationship/empathy abilities.
  • Orienteering to develop planning and programming, problem solving and decision making abilities.
  • Tree climbing to develop the pursuit of an objective, tenacity, utilization of one’s own energies, self-motivation.
  • Air Soft to develop leadership, problem solving, planning, decision making, stress management, time management, team working and team building abilities, strategic and tactical view for the corporate training.
  • Military Briefing to develop the ability to speak to a team persuasively and in a short time.
  • Night movement in a hostile area in order to amplify, for the purposes of the corporate training, the individual sensory abilities and to strengthen team building and cooperation at the same time.
  • Daring Path to develop tenacity, pursuit of the objectives, problem solving and self-empowerment abilities.
  • Hardiness Training to develop tenacity and resistance as ability to endure stress and difficulties, from the point of view of the corporate training.
  • Dynamic shot to develop precision, concentration, coordination.
  • Explorative observation to develop self- and hetero-observation abilities, to improve perception and understand the weak signals of the environment/context.
  • Archery to develop the pursuit of the objective, emotional balance, precision and concentration.
